After 12 continuous months of your subscription, you become eligible for a PC upgrade. We'll notify you via email about the options in advance. Here's how it works: We'll first send you an Oki PC with updated components and/or a fresh design. Once you receive it, you'll have 14 days to send your previous Oki PC back in the box of the new one, using the provided shipping label in the package. This seamless upgrade process ensures you always have the latest hardware matching your needs. Or, by opting to keep your current PC for another year, we make it easy and automatically reduce your subscription cost while keeping the maintenance-free promise and eligibility for future tier upgrades.

To cancel your subscription, simply email cancel@okicomputers.com or use the cancellation option within your Oki PC account (created upon subscribing). Upon cancellation, we'll send you a return label and detailed packaging instructions via email. From the day you receive our shipping label, you'll have 14 days to return the product.

As part of our zero-maintenance promise, we will ship you another Oki PC matching your current specifications. Once you receive your new device, simply use the provided shipping label, sent to your email, to return the malfunctioning PC within 14 days. For immediate replacement needs, reach out to us at support@okicomputers.com.

Oki PCs are installed with licensed Windows 11 Home.
